Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by our company, acting as Data Controller:

When you use the Optiefy platform, the following personal data is collected:

Identity and Contact Data: Name, surname, email address, phone number.

Account and Store Data: Username, store name, store description, product and pricing information, preferred theme and visual settings.

Financial Data: Payment method type in payment transactions (card numbers are not stored on Optiefy servers; payments are processed securely by our payment provider).

Technical and Log Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, visit dates, page interactions.

Social Sign-In Data: If you sign in with Google or Apple, the profile information shared by the relevant provider (name, email, profile picture).

Your personal data is collected through platform registration forms, payment flows, automated technical systems and third-party OAuth providers, by automatic and non-automatic means.

• Creating user accounts and authentication
• Handling subscriptions and payments
• Providing e-commerce storefront and store management services
• AI-assisted content generation and personalization
• Providing customer support
• Platform security and fraud prevention
• Fulfilling legal obligations (tax, invoicing, data protection)
• Anonymous analytics for platform development and user experience improvement
• Sending commercial electronic messages where explicit consent has been given

• Performance of a contract: Data necessary to provide the service (KVKK art. 5/2-c)
• Legitimate interest: Platform security and service quality improvement (KVKK art. 5/2-f)
• Legal obligation: Tax, accounting and official reporting requirements (KVKK art. 5/2-ç)
• Explicit consent: Marketing communications and optional features (KVKK art. 5/1)

Your personal data may be shared with third parties in the following cases:

• iyzi Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş. (iyzico): Secure processing of payments
• Supabase Inc.: Database and authentication infrastructure (data is stored encrypted)
• Vercel Inc.: Platform hosting services
• Public authorities: Competent public institutions where required by court order or law

International transfers are made in accordance with article 9 of the KVKK and the decisions of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.

Optiefy uses cookies to provide platform functionality and a good user experience:

• Essential Cookies: Required for session management and authentication; cannot be disabled.
• Functional Cookies: Used to remember your language and theme preferences.
• Analytics Cookies: For platform usage statistics (subject to your explicit consent).
• Marketing Cookies (Meta Pixel): With your explicit consent, we use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. Events such as page views, sign-ups, trial starts and purchases are shared with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.; personal data such as email addresses are transmitted only in irreversibly hashed (SHA-256) form. You can decline or withdraw consent at any time via the cookie banner; without consent these cookies are never set.

• Payment records and invoices: 10 years (as required by the Turkish Tax Procedure Law)

Under article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed
• Request information if it has been processed
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly
• Learn the third parties to whom data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• Request deletion or destruction of data within the scope of the law
• Object, and request compensation for damages

YAZILI GROUP DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ may update this policy from time to time. Material changes are announced by notification to your registered email address. The current Turkish text is always available at optiefy.com/gizlilik-ve-kvkk; in case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.
