Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Optiefy platform (optiefy.com and its subdomains), operated by YAZILI GROUP DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. By registering on or using the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

Commercial and financial provisions for subscription purchases are set out in the Distance Sales Agreement, and personal data processing principles in the Privacy Policy; those documents form an integral part of these Terms.

Optiefy is a SaaS (software as a service) platform covering services such as AI-assisted e-commerce storefront creation from a product photo, product and order management, payment infrastructure, custom domain connection and marketplace integrations. Optiefy may develop or change the scope, features and plan limits of the service with prior notice.

• You confirm that the information you provide when opening an account is accurate, current and your own.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials (email, password) and for all activity carried out through your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify info@optiefy.com.
• As a rule, only one active account may be opened per person or business; accounts found to be abusive may be suspended.

When using Optiefy, you may not engage in the following activities:

• Selling illegal products or services, fraud, or deceptive commercial practices.
• Uploading content that infringes third parties' copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.
• Technical interference that damages the platform's infrastructure, overloads it, or exploits security vulnerabilities.
• Unauthorized data collection with automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) or reverse engineering aimed at copying the platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.

Where usage contrary to these rules is detected, Optiefy reserves the right to remove the relevant content, suspend the account or terminate the agreement without prior notice.

Product images, texts and brand assets you upload to the platform belong to you; Optiefy processes this content solely for the purpose of providing the service (storefront creation, AI content generation, previews).

Optiefy's software, interface design, logo and brand assets are the intellectual property of YAZILI GROUP DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ and may not be copied, distributed or used to create derivative works without prior written permission.

Optiefy integrates with third-party services such as payment providers for payment processing and Trendyol and Hepsiburada for marketplace synchronization. Those services' own terms of use and privacy policies apply separately; Optiefy cannot be held liable for damages arising from interruptions or malfunctions of third-party services.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Optiefy reserves the right to suspend or close your account in the event of a breach of these Terms or applicable law. When an account is closed, your data — other than data subject to legal retention obligations — is deleted within a reasonable period.

Optiefy services are provided "as is". Optiefy is not liable for the content of sales you make through the platform, for disruptions caused by third-party integrations, or for damages arising from user error. Optiefy's total liability arising from a service defect is limited to the subscription fee paid in the relevant billing period.

Optiefy may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are announced by email or through the dashboard. Continuing to use the platform after updates take effect means you accept the current Terms.

These Terms are governed by Turkish law. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul (Merkez) have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms. In case of any discrepancy between this English translation and the Turkish original, the Turkish version prevails.
